Ukoliko vam se prilikom slanje e-maila u Microsoft Outlook-u pojavi error kao na slici ispod, problem možete riješiti na vrlo jednostavan način.

  1. U postavkama maila odaberite karticu „Outgoing server“ (Izlazni server)
  2. Stavite kvačicu kraj “My Outgoing server - SMTP - requires authentication" (Izlazni poslužitelj (SMTP) zahtjeva provjeru autentičnosti)
